Today, we’re the leading used car dealership in western Missouri.

Before Butler Auto Credit opened in 2007, we had no cars. What we did have was an idea of how things could be done differently.

And we had a vision, a core philosophy: We didn’t want anxiety in the showroom. We didn’t want distrust. And we didn’t want failure in our relationships with customers.

We wanted satisfied customers. And, we wanted to serve customers with special financing needs who were routinely being ignored by other dealers.

And, to make sure that the customer received the same quality service in every locally owned and operated Butler Auto Credit dealership, we instituted AutoStar and Genesis, industry recognized computerized operating systems; daily customer satisfaction monitoring; and a revolutionary customer risk evaluation system.

Today, we’re headquartered in Butler, Missouri just outside Kansas City, and our business model has attracted some of the industry’s brightest and most innovative employees.

Now there are 3 dealerships across the region, and we’ve sold more than 1,000 vehicles since we began. Every month, more than 100 people—many of them repeat customers or referrals—come into our dealerships and trust us with their business.

So now we have cars. They’re some of the best five to ten year old cars on the market. More important, we also have the satisfied customers we envisioned back in 2006. We take pride in our high customer satisfaction ratings.
